- Small Groups for Learning: We keep our classes small just 12 students maximum – so you get more attention.
- Everything You Need Included: All the materials we use in class – like handouts, fun games, digital notes (PDFs, PowerPoints), audio, and online activities – are part of the course price and we'll email them to you.
- Don't Forget Your Book: You'll need to buy the "aula international 1" textbook.
- This Course Only: The money you pay now is just for this course and can't be used for any others later.
- Missed a Class? No Problem (But Catch Up!): If you miss a class, your teacher will email you what you missed. It's up to you to go through it so you can keep up. We don't give refunds for missed classes, and if you miss a lot, you might not automatically be able to join the next level.
- Need to Cancel? Let Us Know: If you want to cancel, email Sonrisa Spanish Bristol. If you tell us two or more weeks before the course starts, you'll get a full refund. If it's one week before, you'll get half back. Unfortunately, we can't give refunds if you cancel with less than a week's notice.
- We Need a Few People to Run: We need at least 4 students for the course to happen. If we don't have enough a week before it starts, we might have to cancel and give everyone their money back. Or, we might still run it but the price could go up.
- Just for Learning, Not a Certificate: Just so you know, this course is for learning and doesn't give you a formal certificate at the end.
